Room Hire

Commerce House

CWT-Chamber Training has a range of rooms available for hire, including a high specification IT suite, with the latest hardware and software and large flat screen monitors. Facilities include fully air conditioned rooms that are well equipped with a wide range of training aids, including projectors, flip charts, screens and audio-visual technology. Located near the centre of Coventry, CWT – Chamber Training is easily accessible with plenty of free parking on site. Commerce House can accommodate a variety of party sizes from small groups up to 50 delegates.  Syndicate rooms are available on an individual hire basis or in conjunction with large delivery suites. Refreshments and catering are available when required. A non smoking policy operates.

Oak Tree Court

Oak Tree Court is conveniently located 3 miles outside Coventry, at the heart of the road and rail network. The Centre is easily accessed and has ample free parking. Oak Tree Court is a purpose built conference centre with eight modern conference suites, the largest of which can accommodate 200 delegates. The communication suite offers 24 hour video conferencing. There is on-site catering which provides buffets and hot meals. Tailored packages are available to suit your needs and your budget. The Centre is air-conditioned and operates a non smoking policy.
