Foundation Degree in Leadership & Management
A work based route to a Foundation Degree in Leadership and Management offers a cost effective, flexible way of developing knowledge and understanding that will move the business forward and achieve results. This vocational Higher Education qualification combines academic study with work based learning and practical experience. CWT Chamber Training's Foundation Degree in Leadership and Management complements our highly successful management development programme and enables Managers and Directors to gain a degree level qualification.
Foundation Degrees are being studied by thousands of people on many different courses. Made in the workplace for the workplace, a Foundation Degree will benefit business, help to tackle higher level skills shortages and enable organisations stay ahead of the competition. Foundation Degrees are a natural progression for people with work experience or vocational qualifications who would like to challenge themselves, broaden their horizons and progress into Higher Education. At Level 5, a Foundation Degree is a qualification in it's own right. Graduates can progress from a Foundation Degree to an Honours Degree or other professional qualificaions.
The Foundation Degree is assignment based with no extra exams. You will be requried to attend CWT Chamber Training on a weekly basis, afternoon and twilight session as well as to produce work related assignments that will be assessed to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of topics studied. Previous qualifications and experience will be taken into account on application. This Foundation Degree is validated by Staffordshire University in partnership with CWT Chamber Training and delivered at our Coventry training facility.
