PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation Training
This will enable delegates to work as a member of a project management team using PRINCE2® methodology. They will understand the principles and terminology of the method, including its purpose and role, the eight components, processes and sub-processes and techniques of project management. The course culminates in a multiple choice exam.
