PRINCE2® Project Management Practitioner Training
Through the Practitioner level, delegates will gain the skills to apply PRINCE2® to the running and managing of projects. They will produce detailed explanations of all processes, components and techniques, along with worked examples of PRINCE2® applications, showing they understand the relationships between processes, components and techniques. The course culminates with a final examination.

Key Objectives
After attending this course delegates will understand:
