Founded in 2002, EDI are the fastest growing awarding body in the UK. As a leading provider of work-based learning qualifications, with over 370 accredited qualifications, EDI is proud to support Apprenticeships at their office in Coventry.
Working in partnership with CWT Chamber Training, Alison Dexter, Learning and Development Manager at EDI, has seen the benefits of employing young people as Apprentices within their organisation.
The Apprentices, themselves, have also seen the value of their training, via a greater knowledge base, increased self-confidence, better skills sets and internal promotions within the company.
