Ria Mason is celebrating a new career and continues her training with CWT Chamber Training with no debts and concrete plans for the future.
Ria left Southam College in 2009 with good grades which gave her plenty of options when it came to her future. Following in the family tradition of Apprenticeships her choice after looking at all the other options was the Apprenticeship route!
Ria said ‘I looked at college and university but felt that a real job with training and no debts was the better option for me, it also enabled me to get valuable experience and a qualification’. Ria started her career in Childcare and carried on to complete the Advanced Apprenticeship in Children’s Care Learning and Development.
A love of working with children was her initial career but she became keen to progress into a role with more responsibilities and challenges. At the start of the new year an opportunity as Assistant Manger/Events Coordinator role for a local business in Southam town centre became available. Ria was successful and now is on the road to a new career and is keen to continue with training.
Bea’s Bridal is a new business offering brides a stress free planning service.
Ria said ‘CWT are very professional and supportive and it’s great that I can carry on with training and the Customer Service qualification will give me the confidence and ability to provide a quality service ’
