Business administration NVQs are designed to reflect the work of administration staff across a wide range of industries and types of organisations. They are competence based qualifications designed against the most up to date business practice and theory. Through CWT, you will be able to formally assess and recognise your knowledge and understanding and enhance your performance in the work place. Ranging from levels 2 to 4, you can select the most appropriate qualification to match your job role and responsibilities. |
Course Content |
Each level consists of a number of mandatory units with additional optional units chosen to reflect your job role. A sample from each level is provided below. |

Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements. However you must be working in business administration at the appropriate level, either full-time, part-time or on a voluntary basis in order to generate the necessary evidence to prove competence. CWT will guide you on this.

Duration & Format
Completion is anticipated within 9 - 12 months per level. The agreed number of visits will take place at your premises. You will be appointed a personal Assessor who will visit you in the workplace to assess progress on portfolio development and conduct observation sessions. Progress will be recorded at each visit. Oral or written questions will be used to cover underpinning knowledge. Start dates are available throughout the year.

£750 (Chamber member) or £825 (non Chamber member) per delegate @ level 2
£850 (Chamber member) or £935 (non Chamber member) per delegate @ level 3
£950 (Chamber member) or £1045 (non Chamber member) per delegate @ level 4
Prices are plus Awarding Body registration and certification costs and subject to VAT.
